Great for cosplay!! A great addition to a Vampire Slayer costume!!
The stakes pictured here were each individually hand carved out of 1 inch thick Aspen wood doweling (a tiny, tiny bit more than 1 inch thick), and they are both 12 inches long. Aspen wood is white and soft, but fairly strong. They were stained with black ebony wood stain, and then varnished with three coats of mid-gloss polyurethane. The handle area is finished with jute cord for a nice and easy grip. I purchased The Archangel medallions from Lily Dale, a spiritualist community of the Modern Spiritualist Movement located in Chautauqua County, New York, USA. The medallions depict The Archangel, Gabriel. Each medallion is permanently imbedded into the stakes with 2 applications of Gorilla Glue.
Both of these stakes come with a black fabric Jersey knit draw-string bag.
